APPLICATION INFORMATION

Surface Information:

The application surface must be solid. The surface should have a minimum compressive strength of 25 N/mm² and a minimum pull-off test result of 1.5 N/mm². New concrete must be at least 28 days old, and concrete surfaces should have a moisture content of no more than 5-6%. All loose, movable particles, oil and paint residues, and cement slurry must be removed. Large cracks and defects should be repaired beforehand.
Concrete surfaces with cement crusts and smooth screeds should be cleaned and roughened using tools such as sandblasting, notch machines, diamond drum scrubbers, or mechanical grinders. The surface should then be wiped. The entire surface should be dust-free using an industrial vacuum cleaner.
The relative humidity of the air should not exceed 80%, and the application temperature (ambient and surface) should be between +5°C and +35°C. The area should be free from rain 24 hours before application, during application, and 24 hours after application. The surface temperature should be at least 3°C above the dew point.

Preparing the Mixture:

As a two-component product, the mixture should be prepared in the specified ratio, considering the usage amount. Ensure the product temperature is at least 15°C for homogeneous mixing. Component A should be quickly mixed with a mechanical mixer, and the hardener (Component B) should be added following the correct mixture ratio. Mix both components with a mechanical mixer until they become homogeneous.

Application on Surface:

The prepared mixture should be applied with a roller or trowel to saturate the surface and close the pores. The minimum time between coats is 8 hours (at 20°C), and the maximum is 1 day. It is crucial to apply the second coat within this time frame.
