IYSPUR Proof
Product Information
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
IYS PROOF is a single-component, low-viscosity polyurethane-based liquid waterproofing and protective material. It is an economical system that cures with the moisture in the air and adheres strongly to almost any type of surface, forming a highly elastic film.
Its composition is based on pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resin and special inorganic fillers, providing the material with excellent chemical, mechanical, and thermal resistance.
It is applied in two coats using a brush, roller, or airless spray machine. The minimum total consumption is 1.2-1.5 kg/m².
APPLICATION AREAS
- Gypsum and cement panels
- Tiles (under the coating)
- Bathrooms
- Roofs
- Lightweight roofs made of metal or fiber cement
- Asphalt membranes

LIMITATIONS
- Not recommended for use on unstable substrates.
- Not suitable for waterproofing swimming pools in contact with chemically treated water.
When dark colors are applied in areas exposed to UV rays, pigmented IYS PROOF V should be used as a protective topcoat material.
ADVANTAGES AND FEATURES
- Does not require thinning, but ELAPUR SOLVENT can be used based on conditions.
- The white color reflects a large portion of solar energy, significantly reducing the indoor temperature of the building.
- Excellent thermal resistance: The product will never soften. Maximum service temperature is 80°C, and maximum shock temperature is 200°C.
- Cold-resistant: The film retains its elasticity down to -40°C.
- Exceptional mechanical properties.
- Effective chemical resistance.
- After curing, the product contains no toxic substances.
- Effective vapor permeability: The film breathes, preventing moisture accumulation under the layer.
APPLICATION DETAILS
Suitable surfaces for successful results: Concrete, fiber cement, mosaic, cement-based roof tiles, old but well-adhered acrylic and asphalt coatings, wood, corroded metal, and galvanized steel surfaces. For other substrates, please contact our technical department.
Concrete Substrate Standards
- Hardness: R28 = 15 MPa
