PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
IYS POX 090 is an acrylic-based, high-performance, dust-reducing, multi-purpose concrete curing, insulation, and protection material.
APPLICATION AREAS
- Protection of concrete and other cementitious surfaces in buildings and infrastructure
- For floors and walls where a glossy appearance is desired

- Suitable for exposed aggregate concrete surfaces, providing a glossy, colorless finish that enhances the surface’s vibrancy

Product Description
ADVANTAGES

SURFACE INFORMATION
- Surface Quality: The surface should be clean from any substances that may hinder adhesion, including dust, dirt, and oil. It should be free from loose and unstable particles.
SURFACE PREPARATION
- For uncoated rough concrete surfaces in open areas, ensure the surface is dry, solid, and free from loose and unstable particles before application. Suitable surface preparation methods include steam cleaning, high-pressure water jet cleaning, or abrasion to ensure the surface is clean.
IYS POX 090 is ready for use. Do not apply when rain is expected. Solvent salts or seawater splashes may cause loss of gloss or color change.
CURING STAGE
- Does not require special curing, just protect the surface from rain for at least 1 hour at around +20°C (becomes dust-resistant in 30 minutes).
APPLICATION
- After opening the packaging, mix well. Apply manually with a brush or short-pile roller, or use automatic spraying equipment.
APPLICATION TO THE SURFACE
- Apply the prepared mixture with a roller, ensuring the surface is saturated and the pores are filled. The time for the next layer should be at least 8 hours (at 20°C) and no more than 1 day. It is important to apply the second coat within the specified new coat application time.
CONSUMPTION
- Minimum consumption: 1.5-2 kg/m²

STORAGE INFORMATION
- Store the material in a cool, dry place. The shelf life of the unopened original packaging is 1 year.
