PRE-APPLICATION PREPARATION

• The surface must be free from any contaminants that could hinder adhesion.
• Ensure the substrate is dry.
• The surface temperature should be between +5°C and +30°C.
• Component B of IYS POX 002 should be slowly added to Component A while mixing with a 300 rpm mixer.
• Continue mixing for approximately 4 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

CONSUMPTION

IYS POX 002 has an average consumption of approximately 0.30–0.50 kg/m² at a theoretical thickness of 200 microns (depending on the roughness of the surface). The consumption may vary depending on the system chosen. For further information, you can consult the ELAPUR Technical Department.

INTERCOAT DRYING TIME

• Between coats, allow 14-16 hours at 20°C.
• For subsequent coats, the minimum waiting time is 24 hours, and the maximum is 48 hours.

PACKAGING

• 18 kg set
  • Component A: 12 kg tin
  • Component B: 6 kg tin

STORAGE CONDITIONS

• Store in a dry environment, protected from freezing, between +5°C and +30°C, in its original packaging.
• Do not stack more than three pallets; avoid stacking pallets for long-term storage.
• If stored under appropriate conditions, the product can be kept for up to 18 months from the production date.
