ADVANTAGES

PRE-APPLICATION PREPARATION

• The surface must be free from any contaminants that could hinder adhesion
• The substrate must be dry
• The surface temperature should be between +5°C and +30°C
• Component B of IYS AQUATEX should be slowly added to Component A and mixed using a 300 rpm mixer
• Mixing should continue for approximately 4 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained

APPLICATION METHOD

IYS AQUATEX should be applied with a brush or roller. After drying, apply one or more coats until a smooth, uniform, shiny film is formed on the surface.

CONSUMPTION

• Theoretical consumption is approximately 4-5 m²/kg for 2-3 coats (depending on surface roughness).

INTERCOAT DRYING TIME

• Between coats, allow 14-16 hours at 20°C
• For subsequent coats, the minimum waiting time is 24 hours, and the maximum is 48 hours

PACKAGING

• 16 kg set
  • Component A: 10 kg tin
  • Component B: 6 kg tin

STORAGE CONDITIONS

• Store in a dry environment, protected from freezing, between +5°C and +30°C, in its original packaging
• Do not stack more than three pallets; avoid stacking pallets for long-term storage
• If stored under appropriate conditions, the product can be kept for up to 18 months from the production date
