PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

IYS T-GLASS is a two-component product with excellent adhesion to surfaces such as glass, mosaic, tiles, porcelain, ceramics, marble, granite, natural stone, wood, concrete, screed, galvanized sheet, aluminum, and more. It is available in both transparent and colored versions, offering high resistance to atmospheric conditions, superior water resistance, and excellent chemical and physical durability. It is used for waterproofing as well as for decorative purposes. IYS T-GLASS is not affected by UV rays or outdoor weather conditions, and it does not yellow, fade, or peel over time. It is especially effective in solving waterproofing issues on surfaces such as balconies, terraces, bathrooms, and pools, and can be easily applied without disturbing or damaging the existing coating.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The relative humidity of the air should not exceed 80%, the ambient temperature should be between 15-35°C, and the surface temperature to be applied must be at least 5°C. It should not be applied in rainy weather.
For good adhesion, the surface must be thoroughly cleaned. Any oil, dust, dirt, rust, or similar substances that could prevent the adhesion of the liquid glass to the surface must be completely removed. In tile and ceramic applications, if the existing joint fillings are worn, they should be replaced. Sanded surfaces provide better mechanical properties for liquid glass application and help the IYS T-GLASS adhere better to the surface.

APPLICATION METHOD

Before application, mix both components thoroughly in the specified proportions by weight. Only after achieving a homogeneous and complete mixture can the desired reaction occur.
For optimal performance, the recommended number of coats is listed below.
